1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a binding legal agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and the win36e online gaming platform ("win36e", "we", "us", "our"). 3. Account Security and Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your win36e account credentials, including your password and any one-time passwords (OTP) sent to your registered Philippine mobile number. You agree to:

• Keep your login credentials secure and confidential at all times;
• Not share your account credentials with any third party;
• Immediately notify win36e support of any unauthorized access to your account or any other security breach;
• Log out of your account at the end of each session, particularly when using shared or public devices.

You are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account, whether authorized by you or not. win36e shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials. In the event of unauthorized account access that results from your failure to secure your credentials, you may be held liable for any resulting losses.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Financial Transactions

win36e shall not be liable for any losses resulting from technical failures, network outages, payment provider delays, or any other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

11. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. For disputes not resolved through PAGCOR, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Metro Manila, Philippines.

12. Amendments to Terms
